President & CEO
Anil is responsible for all aspects of the company's business and operations. He sets the company's strategic direction and provides leadership to ensure future growth.
Anil has more than twenty years of senior management experience with Fortune 500 companies. Prior to founding Aristos Logic, he was the Vice President of VLSI engineering for Western Digital, with additional responsibilities for PCBA and firmware development of Enterprise-class disk drives. He oversaw product-development organizations in California, Rochester, and Singapore with a staff of over 180 professionals, leading the execution of WD's disk drive roadmap via silicon development.
Earlier, Anil spent four years as a Director of WD's Singapore Design Center, establishing the center from the ground up and making it fully operational in less than six months. All functional groups within the organization, including VLSI design, firmware development, mechanical engineering, design automation, and IS reported to him.
Prior to joining WD, Anil was a key member of the Intel 80486 microprocessor development team. He also worked on several generations of Intel's graphics & communications co-processors.

Vice President Finance & CFO
Fred provides leadership for all of Aristos Logic's financial needs, including evaluation and structuring of investment proposals, implementing financial planning and accounting systems, managing working capital needs, financial reporting, and other finance-related matters.
Fred has over 30 years of financial management experience. A Certified Public Accountant, he spent the first eight years of his career with Arthur Andersen and most recently served as CFO at VillageEdocs, an early-stage company that provides electronic document-delivery solutions. Fred also served 15 years at Smith International, a NYSE company, in a variety of positions including CFO, COO, and a member of the Board of Directors. During his tenure, the company revenues grew from $80 million to over $1 billion.

Vice President,
Business Development & Marketing
Vipul sets strategic product and market direction for the company. He provides leadership in the areas of product definition, planning, positioning, and launch, as well as focusing on building strategic partnerships and cultivating customer relationships.
Vipul has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor, peripherals, personal computer, and minicomputer industries. Prior to co-founding Aristos Logic, he was Director of Marketing for Western Digital A/V Products. Previously, he led marketing for the WD core logic chip business unit, and also was instrumental in positioning WD's Singapore Design Center as a provider of leading-edge interface technologies. As co-founder and chief market analyst for Peripheral Concepts, he helped publish widely cited market reports.

Vice President, World Wide Sales
Joe is responsible for building and expanding the customer base and creating a sales infrastructure for future growth.
Joe has over 24 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Aristos Logic, he was Vice President of Sales, Americas, at Vixel Corporation. Joe was instrumental in positioning the company's transition to embedded switch products and secured key OEM business. He also spent 18 years at StorageTek, where he rose through the ranks and became Vice President of Sales for the Western Region. Joe received his Bachelors of Science in Marketing from San Diego State University.

Vice President,
Platform Development
Bill is responsible for systems and software development. His team develops product-level firmware, as well as hardware and software development platforms. Bill is also responsible for ASIC verification, system-level integration and test, and development of design-in tools for Aristos Logic customers.
With over 25 years of engineering and management experience, Bill most recently served as Vice President of Advanced Technology and VLSI Engineering for Western Digital Corporation.
Bill built several WD engineering organizations from scratch and led a variety of systems and VLSI engineering functions, including disk controller and read channel architecture and device development, read channel systems engineering, and ASIC device validation. He was responsible for the company's system-level disk drive functionality and compatibility testing (Functional Integrity Testing Lab). He also created visionary technology roadmaps and successful long-term strategic partnerships.

Vice President, Engineering
Sanjay is responsible for establishing strategic technical direction for the company, providing management leadership to the engineering organization, and ensuring timely execution of development programs.
He has over 18 years of experience in the mainframe, personal computer, storage peripheral, and semiconductor industries. Prior to co-founding Aristos Logic, Sanjay was Director of VLSI Development for Western Digital, Irvine. He played a significant role in establishing WD's strategic product and technology roadmap and an instrumental role in the architectural definition of the industry-leading I285 disk drive controller.
Sanjay joined WD as design lead for the PC Core Logic group, which developed the first core-logic solution for the Intel 486. Prior to this, he was a system design engineer with the midrange mainframe Computer Products Group of Unisys Corporation, Mission Viejo, CA.
He also holds several patents related to mainframe and disk drive controller architectures.

Vice President, Operations
Keith has twenty years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, and operations management, including multi-site and global experience in supply chain management and outsourced manufacturing. Prior to joining Aristos Logic, he was Senior Vice President of Manufacturing at Emulex Corporation. During Keith’s 15 years at Emulex Corporation he and his team were responsible Emulex’s transition from a captive manufacturing model to a world class global outsourced manufacturing model that provided for the manufacture of Emulex products in Europe, Mexico and SE Asia providing best in class product quality and service in the high tech storage networking market.
