Chairman Of The Board
Mr. Sohn is a highly accomplished business executive with over 25 years of industry experience in both technical and operational aspects of global business. Most recently, Mr. Sohn served as President of the Semiconductor Products Group at Agilent Technologies. Prior to that, Mr. Sohn was Chairman and CEO of Oak Technology, a digital media semiconductor company. Mr. Sohn also served in a variety of positions at data storage supplier Quantum Corporation, including President of its hard disk drive group. Earlier in his career, Mr. Sohn founded and grew Intel's Asia business. Mr. Sohn is currently the CEO of Inphi Corporation and serves on the board of directors of several private companies.

Mr. Anil Gupta has more than 20 years of senior management experience with Fortune 500 companies. Prior to founding Aristos Logic, he was the Vice President of VLSI engineering for Western Digital, with additional responsibilities for PCBA and firmware development of Enterprise-class disk drives. He oversaw product-development organizations in California, Minnesota, and Singapore with a staff of over 180 professionals, leading the execution of WD's disk drive roadmap via silicon development.

Woodside Fund
Rick has over 30 years experience in developing technology and new businesses. Rick has been the CEO of two Woodside Fund portfolio companies. Most recently he was President and CEO of HotRail Inc., a private Internet infrastructure IC company that was sold to Conexant, Inc. Prior to HotRail, Rick was President and CEO of Exponential Technologies, a semiconductor startup, Vice President of Core Technology at Apple Computer, General Manager with Intel Corporation, and has held significant executive positions with Motorola, Inc., and Wang Laboratories, Inc. He has an engineering degree from Carnegie-Mellon and an MBA from College of St. Thomas.

Panorama Capital (formerly J.P. Morgan Partners)
Mr. Soghikian is a co-founder of Panorama and focuses primarily on technology investments. In 1990, Mr. Soghikian joined Chemical Venture Partners, the predecessor to JPMP. Between 1994 and 1998, he was responsible for developing and managing JPMP's European investment team and was based in London. Mr. Soghikian was previously with Bankers Trust, Inc. and Prudential-Bache Securities, Inc. (currently known as Prudential Equity Group, LLC). He holds a B.A. from Pitzer College and an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Prior to joining TPG Ventures in 2000, Mr. Foster was a Partner at Crosspoint Venture Partners. From 1995 to 1998, Steve was the Director of Business Development for 3Com Corporation. Prior to joining 3Com, he spent six years at Hewlett Packard where he held a variety of finance, marketing and business development roles. From 1984 to 1988, he was an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young. Steve earned his M.B.A. with honors from Northwestern University in 1989. He received his B.S. degree in 1984 as a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Santa Clara University.

Mr. Meals comes to Quicksilver Ventures from Nishan Systems, where he was COO and Vice President of Business Development for the storage networking startup. Randy's career includes serving as General Manager and Vice President of 3Com's Advanced Products and Storage Networking Divisions, Chief Operating Officer of Omnipoint Corporation, General Manager of Hewlett Packard's Information Network Division, and Business Unit Manager of NCR/AT&T's Open Networking Business Unit.

Mr. Daskal is the Vice President Finance of the Communication Solutions business group in North America. Ilan was the CFO of Savan Communication which was acquired by Infineon in 2000. He is responsible for all the finance and business operations of the wireline and wireless product lines in NA. Prior to that, he was part of the Business Development team in charge of the group's finance activities in M&A and Strategic Investments. Ilan received a B.A. in accounting from the Tel-Aviv college of Business and an M.S in Finance from the City University of New-York.

Aristos Logic Corporation
Prior to co-founding Aristos Logic, Mr. Mehta was Director of Marketing for Western Digital A/V Products. Previously, he led marketing for the WD core logic chip business unit, and also was instrumental in positioning WD's Singapore Design Center as a provider of leading-edge interface technologies. As co-founder and chief market analyst for Peripheral Concepts, he helped publish widely cited market reports. Vipul has over 25 years of Engineering and Marketing experience in the semiconductor, peripherals, personal computer, and minicomputer industries.
