Aristos Logic Appoints Industry Veteran Young K. Sohn as Chairman Of The Board

Foothill Ranch, California – September 10, 2007 - Aristos Logic, the industry leader in RAID storage solutions, announced the appointment of Young K. Sohn as the non-executive Chairman of its Board of Directors. Mr. Sohn is a highly accomplished business executive who brings over 25 years of industry experience to Aristos Logic’s Board.

"Most recently, Mr. Sohn served as President of the Semiconductor Products Group at Agilent Technologies, a leading supplier of advanced semiconductor components. Prior to Agilent, Mr. Sohn was Chairman and CEO of Oak Technology, a digital media semiconductor company and led its integration into Zoran Corporation. Mr. Sohn also served in a variety of positions at data storage supplier Quantum Corporation, including President of its hard disk drive group. Earlier in his career, Mr. Sohn founded and grew Intel's Asia business and started Intel's PC chipset business unit that grew to over $300 million in revenues under his leadership. Mr. Sohn is currently the CEO of Inphi Corporation and serves on the board of directors of several private companies. Mr. Sohn is also a senior advisor to Panorama Capital.
