Investment from leading venture funds will enable the company
to continue aggressive development of innovative solutions for the networked storage market
Foothill Ranch, California - December 18, 2001 -Aristos Logic, a leading developer of silicon solutions for the networked storage market, announced today that it has raised $15.5 million in Series B funding from an investment group led by J. P. Morgan Partners and TPG Ventures. Enterprise storage experts Quantum Technology Ventures also participated in this round of funding. The company intends to use the proceeds to continue aggressive development of its Storage Processing Unit (SPU™) technology and FibreSlice™, its flagship product targeted at the enterprise class storage controller as well as network storage virtualization applications.
